Its hot. Hot. H-O-T! If Sarajevo was sea coast city, everyone would be at beach, no one would be working, and a lot of nude and semi-nude bodies would be discovered in attempt to find place to refresh themselves. How wonderful would that be. I always envied to the neighbor Croatia and its sea coast (which I regularly visit). It is hard to imagine that people, who live in places like Dubrovnik, Split, Rijeka decide to stay home instead of going to the beach. Or is it the constant picture of the sea made them sick of it and they decide to find re-freshens in AC in their homes?

The city of Sarajevo and whole Bosnia was always pictured (and felt) as a cold, mountain climate part of the Balkans, where winters are cold and snowy and summers are sunny, but not hot ... Herzegovina is whole another story. It is official that there's no big difference between Herzegovian cities and Egypt in Summer. Degrees are way up than average for Summer temperatures. Two climates in one country. And people say we are small country :)

While I suddenly talk about temperature? Because, it commands the dress code for a day for a guy. Short sleeves, non rarely without any shirt, small shorts, flip flops ... I tell ya, men of Bosnia and Herzegovina (and tourist who are here) really have a "good hot look" to show to others. In that case, there's no better thing for me and my bf to do, but to sit in a coffee place somewhere in a main street and "judge" people by their looks. Believe me, coffee can not be as hot as several guys (and girls) passing by, smiling, looking all good and tanned. All feelings about the inner beauty are somewhere hidden.

The Art of Being Straight

So, basically, second post in a row...good start :) Hopefully it will last. Blogs are back this year :) Its not all about Facebook :)

I already told you about my coming out to a str8 (male) friend (I came out part 1 and part 2).

He was so good with the information, and I was happy to have my "secret" out of the closet to a straight friend.

However, time will show that my friend was actually preparing his area to come out in certain period of time. I wasn't in the city at that time, so he came out to my bf (they also socialized), who naturally told me. It was crazy. He had "more" gay experience than me, however, somehow it didn't came across to us in this small city of Sarajevo. But, it was a big pressure to him, so he eventually told him about his worries, thought and finally said that he was bisexual and confused, didn't know what to do, and yes, was sorry for not telling me then when I was outed to him.

It did strengthened our friendship, however my outing to a straight friend was "deleted", zero, nothing. It's so hard to come out to a straight person, in my case doesn't matter if it was male or female. Life is not "Will & Grace", and I can't expect to have true friends from a female because I can't trust her to keep the secret for themselves. I cant have straight male friend who will know about me without thinking if I check him out in locker room in gym while being naked, or at sea side.

Straight friends that I have already are the best people in the world, because I can count on them, and they can count on me. However, when they count on me, they count on straight friend, and I am being selfish for not telling them, because I don't want to loose them. Kinda confusing, but I manage to keep it rolling. I'm not proud of it, but I'm a very good liar. I'm surprised with my lies and effects that those lies have. I don't lie that much. I don't make up stories about girlfriends and one-night-stands. When people ask me about when would I marry and settle down, I just smile and say something confusing like "marriage is not for me right now" or "I'm still young", etc. What they don't know is that I already found what I was looking for: support, love, sex, trust, dependance, hotness... all in one person...and to make it even more interesting - they already know him...just don't know that they know.

Anyway, still no straight outing. Still performing the straight way. Still good. Good straight boy :) Who's very supportive of gays ;)

THE BITCH IS BACK

OK, I'm not that kind of bitch, but being gay really alowes me to play it along. I see my self as Joan Collins in "Dynasty" when taking over company, or mansion, or just slaping people around :)

Anyway, I have decided to return to good old blogging. The reason for stopping to write was not laziness, but the mysterious absence of my blog from the net. Don't know what happened, but it just disappeared for several months. And I stopped to search for it ... for almost 2 years.

Tonight, I got bored so I typed "queer as bosnian" in Google search and voila ... it appeared. Then I needed 15 minutes to remember passwords that will allow me to enter this magic world and now this is me writing this post. Hopefully to become more regular and to return my old glory (as if I ever had it).

I see a lot of blog-fellows are still active (applause). Hopefully, I'll regain their reading trust again.

What changed from then to now:

Computer software: then XP, now Win 7 (yay)
Relationship status: then - had a boyfriend, now - still do :)

Sorry guys...from March not writing. Not good. But with September, new season starts. New life, new adventures... and yes, I'm still with my boyfriend, so nothing new about that :D

Also, speaking of news, have you checked sex tape of the actor Eric Dane, once mentioned in one of my posts? Apparently, Mr. McSteammy enjoyed three way with his wife and former Miss teen America (I love how Miss and Mr Americas get wild occasionally). Also, big Film Festival in Sarajevo was held in August. Although it was closed few days ago, it is still a big news in the region. Everybody knows what happens when SFF is held: parties, movie premiers, Sarajevo becomes the city that never sleeps. And let me tell you, it has become an event of a region. While films are shown, people party and break every rules. Cute guys and girls can be seen, plus its summer time, so the less clothes you have, the better :D :D :D

Bosnia and Hercegovina - Eurosong 2009 - Russia

Well, I wouldn't be proper gay guy if I don't say anything about Eurosong 2009.

After wining in Serbia last year, this year Eurosong contest is going to be held in Moscow, Russia. Its a 54th time that 40 and something countries will participated with a great way of competition - a song.

This year, my country, Bosnia and Herzegovina is sending male group (I would not characterize them as boy bend) called Regina who exists for over 20 years now.

After crazy and dynamic song from Laka and his performance in Serbia, B&H decided to send a nice ballade, with a socialistic tune and wonderful words. The ballades name is: Bistra Voda (Clear Water).

All I could say is good luck to my country this year! Hopefully, we will keep the record to be in a finale, as all these years before.

Forbiden Love - TV show

I have a new passion. It a TV show, its German and it has gay couple in it. And what a gay couple.

So, there is one land called Germany. The state's TV station is ARD. Now, ARD has this long lasting soap opera called Verbotene Liebe (Forbidden Love). I don't know when it actually started, however it have had a lot of forbidden love couples through the show. Gay couples as well. However, last one is something that everybody is talking about...well talking about over internet, that is.

Anyways, gay storyline is about two guys, Christian and Oliver. Christian is blonde one, straight, sporty and has a girlfriend. Oliver is blackhair guy, openly gay, just got back from the cruise ship where he had worked, and now he entered the lives of other characters. The path of Chrstian and Oliver will meet and some interesting stuff are about to happen. I don't want to give you more infos about it, because the storyline is very well written. I actually spend whole night watching 80 epizodes over youtube. For one NIGHT! I fels so sleepy the next day at work. Of course, those are not full episodes of Verbotene Liebe, but only the clips with Chris and Olli from the show. And do I need to mention that both guys are HOOOOT!!!
Someone might say that it would be confusing to follow, however, person who puts their clips on youtube, is really good in its work, because you can follow the storyline, not just about C&O but about other characteres as well. And it is gooooood.

OK, I consider myself good looking (and modest, too ;). But seriously, I enjoy going to gym, eating healthy, taking care of myself. "Typical gay", man would say. However, I don't use any fancy products, except soap, shampoo, tooth paste, gel and after shave. Yup, and deodorants and perfumes. Man gotta smell good. Other cremes for day, night, afternoon, make up, for eyebrows, eyelashes, ... nothing. I just don't find that manly. Although I am gay, the thought of going to beautician to do my eyebrows (because I'm not happy with these two ;) is not my thing.

One of the thing that I'm proud of is my taste in clothes. I know several rules, like not to mix certain colors, not to have different "colored" clothes on me, etc.

However, when I see movies, TV shows, or reality programs (or just on the street) gay people, or the ones who are "secretly" gay, as I'm ;) I see that what "gay" people wear is something that I would never even consider to think to put on me. And I always thought that gay people are good in fashion. But, what I see...Big NO!!!

However, I like these metrosexual guys, who are "straight" (yeah right) but act gayish more than me when clothing and dressing. Nice colors, nice hair, looks, gym...yum. How come they aren't gay? I think that they are the ones who want to try, but never will, because they are scared that someone might find out. And in some hand, I agree with them. I even don't like these gay queens who are main obligation is to gossip around, being out or not.

Anyway, I just wanted to say, that I was dissapointed with some of the gay clothes. Come on, you are gay, for God's sake. Combine the best of you.

OMG! I can't believe I haven't write a single post since October '08. It is not shocking that I didn't write (ok, what else is new), I'm shocked that time flies soooo quickly. Damn. I have to hurry with all of my desires and wishes to come true ;) and there are so many of them.

But one is still in process of coming true: to have a great guy next to me and to love and be loved by a beautiful creature. And I am. For over 3 and half years now. And i'm feeling happy for all that time. I want this feeling never ends. But I won't write about us now.

Today, I will write about my relationship with my parents.
I come from a normal family with a lot of kids, brothers and sisters. Me, as being older one, never felt left out, or not feeling loved from my family. We have a great communication, and everyting works just fine.

But, my parents doesn't know about me being gay. Nobody knows. Nobody straight. Well, few gay people do, unfortunately some gay people that I would rather chose not to know. Anyway, my parents doesn't know. Do they suspect, I don't know. If I had a son who doesn't speak about girlfriends, who's good looking but not praizing about ladies in his life, being all macho etc, I would become suspiciose. They probably are. Nobody knows child like their mother ;)

However, that subject never came across our conversations. They do ask me about my girlfriends, but I usually say: I'm seeing this girl...and next time..I broke up, or we broke up, or she left me, I left her, we had a fight...i'm good in making things up...

But lately, while watching TV with them, whether its movie, TV show, NEWS, or anything else, its like a rule to have gay mentioning in it. A gay scene, gay couple, gay parade, you name it...At that point I feel so ashamed. I try to hide it, and succesfully. However, it is a situation where you want to leave the room how embarassed I feel. I hope they didn't notice. I try not to show.

They did ask me about what do I feel about gay issues and stuff. And I usually say: I don't care about it. Everybody has its right to live the life he or she chosed. I feel as if they want to explore my opinion about that even further, but I keep it simple. I'm not good liar. I'm afraid that I could say something. Which I don't want to. Not yet. I don't know if it ever be the time for it. But for now, NO!

In some level, I think they know. But they don't want to ask, because they are probably afraid that I will say: Yes, I'm! However, it is hard for them not to ask me anything. Especially since all of my friends are getting married or are in long-term-relationship, and I'm still "single" with one "good male friend" next to me. It becomes suspicios to everybody. And it's getting hard.

So, thats my life. Happy outside, torned and sad inside. Sad becuse I cant show off with my boyfriend and tell people that I'm not single. That i'm happilly in love. In one happy relationship, more happy than some "happy couple".

but this is my cross. And I still need to bring it on my back. For now.

Yup, long time. I know.

I already lost some readers. I hope they'll be back. As for you who are still here, here are some new thoughts.

As for me: still good, still desirable, still full of words that needs to be written, still with my boyfriend.

Yeap people, I have the best boyfriend ever. Three years and 5 months we are together, and I still feel that first excitement when I see him, spend time with him. It is hard to be in same crowd of people, and not holding hands or kissing him or just to tell others how in love I'm and how great he is. It is hard. As time goes by, we spend so much time together, people see us, don't suspect anything, but also there's a question mark: why those two handsome guys don't have girlfriends? But, that's something we need to fight, because for the time being, we are still not ready to come out.

We had a crisis. Well, actually I did, but he was normal...and supportive to me. And my love towards him grew more.

For the first time we had a 3some. To him, it was a first time, for me not. Well, it was the first time with man I love and some other guy. And the other guy was this great boy that I've met randomly over some friends. Anyway, one night, as we chatted on the sofa, one thing led to another, and we ended up in the bedroom, making out, licking, sucking... It was great...for some people. For me, it wasn't. It was good at the beginning, but...

Seeing my boyfriend kissing another dude was not a picture that I enjoyed in. Yes, I initiated it, I wanted to happen, I was horny as hell, but I regretted it as well. I couldn't relax, nothing. Now I felt guilty because I felt awful. But he was very supportive to me, to my thoughts and worries. As for him, 3some or not, he didn't change a thing in his feeling for me. In fact, he was satisfied that I showed a jealous because of this. He always knew that I loved him, and I tell him that, but he was glad that I was not ready to let him go. And that I showed worries and concern about him.

What I learnt from this experience is to talk with the other person, if you are bothered about something...instead of imagining in your head all kinds of pictures and thinking about some things. Also, you have to be sure in the things you want to do.

I think I rushed things up. I don't think that I'm ready for 3some in near future...or ever (after this). I love him so much, and its hard to see him enjoying in some other arms. Luckily for me, he feels the same about me. And it made me to calm. I wasn't bitchy. But I was in hell.
But, as I said, I have a great boyfriend. Luckily for me.

My BF and me celebrated 3 years of our relationship. Yup, we still manage to keep us together, in spite conservative environment and not being able to spend every day together, or to "make out" in public. In last 3 years, we didn't had any serious argument, we tried to spend as much time as we could, and most important we believed one another, we allowed to fantasies about other guys, to "check other guys on street" and not making big fuss about that.

Last night I went to a friend's friend house, which he was "babysit" while his friend was gone, and we had coffee, watched TV, talked a lot. He was in a relationship whit a cute guy, that I haven't met, but saw pictures. Anyway, after a month of relationship, some issues came into their lives and they just couldn't solve it. Their relationship is now on stand by.

Their issue problem was a big deal for them, for me, it was the smallest problem that people can face in relationship. Anyway, at that time I figured out how much I appreciate my boyfriend, how much I love him just because we talk about everything, and how he has patientice with me and my issues. In almost 3 years of relationship, we didn't have a single fight (serious fight) that could interfier into relationship.

Anyway, I just wanted to share that I love my boyfriend very much.

Today, in tram I saw a really, REALLY cute guy. Just perfect ... not to big, nor small, very cute face and body. Seemed gay to me, but sooo straight acting. Nice hair, eyes, just manners that never pointed that he might be a gay or not.

I love animals, megastructures, earth development, human body (especially that), world under the sea, all animals interested me, and whenever I have time to watch TV, some of those channels are ON. Whats the point of people living, if the same ones will take their lives away.

I am deeply touched with recent events in my country. Three young guys, aged 17-19 years old killed another guy, 17 y o, with NO REASON WHAT SO EVER. The event happened in the center of Sarajevo, in the Tram, full of people. The tram was full of people, and no one did anything. They just stood there and watched.

This world is screwed.

When words are gone ...

I'm in relationship for almost 3 years. He is a perfect guy, not just as "a significant other", he is great as a human being, the guy you wanna be around with, no matter if you are in relationship or just friends. And I'm lucky enough to have him around me all the time. To call him whenever I have a need, to see him, to talk to him, just to know that he's there for me ... all this goes from me to him, as well.

Recent events made me to write this post. Just to make it clear, I'm still in perfect relationship, and this post will not be about me and my boyfriend .. that much.

Four of my friends ended their long term relationships with their boyfriends/girlfriends. And yes, they are all straight couple, but that doesn't mean that their problems are different from ours. Yes, they don't have a problem of making out or holding hands in public, but that doesn't mean the feelings are different.

Anyway, I watch them when they started the relationships. They were excited, happy, in love, reminded me of me and my guy. Although I couldn't express my state of love and show them how happy I'm with my guy, and insted I was "the dog, the player, no-relationship-type guy", I've noticed similar marks of being in happy relationship.

Now they ended it. They couldn't find any meaning, any reason in stayin in.

Well, the party finished in early morning hours, and we exhausted lied down next to each other, finding a good, comfortable and warm spot to rest our bodies and eyes for a while. There was 20 of us, boys and girls, all good looking ;)) Since I don't like to sleep long, I was up before all, made coffee and clicked to Internet to see the New Year's Eve parties around the world (yes, I'm addicted), but this is only because the TV was off ;)

Anyway, I started to think about last year, all my wishes that I had at the beginning of 2007, and whether they come true? Well, as usually I had my ups and downs, but I must say that I am pretty much satisfied with the last year. I'm still with my boyfriend, I still have some great friends, school is going great, job also, I didn't have any illness. Through the year number of friends shortened, not because they stopped to be friends with me, but I stopped to be friends with them. Sometimes it takes few seconds to see what kind of person someone was, sometimes few years.

I still have my health, and I was pretty damn lucky not to have an accident or any kind of bad luck. When I resume all the headlines about the death, and how people lost their life in a second and for nothing, I can't stop wondering why people don't take life as a something precious?

Ok, I will stop be a smart ass and I will tell you more about my party in Sarajevo. We had it at my friends place. There were mixed people (meaning they were straight people, gay people for whom straight people didn't know, and there were some straight people for whom I made a diagnosis that they could be curious - for me, everybody is BI or GAY until proven wrong ;)). Of course, I didn't do anything since my bf was with me, but I had his support in checking "the interesting ones" ;)))

I just thought that I was really blessed with him (I know that I sound chessey) but its true... I always read blogs and even on profiles how people couldn't find anyone good, smart, nice for relationships. Me, I'm in this 2,5 year long relationship, beautiful relationship, where his the calm one, and I'm the one who makes the fuss about everything (yep, real gay bitch ;)).

But, seriously, although its hard to have that kind relationship in my country, around my and his loving family who are all CONTRA gay and gayness, I think that I would be able to be without him around me. We had our first travel in Summer 2007, together, and I can't wait the next one.

Ok, that all for the first day of 2008. As I said earlier, I will try to be regular with posts and pictures.

In just one day, I will celebrate the event of New Year, together with my friends and colleagues, mostly drinking and dancing.

In just two days I will celebrate 1 year since I've started to write this blog.

I know that at the beginning I was regular, which become rare through months, but at least I didn't give up writing.

It was (is) great experience writing a blog and having a whole bunch of people reading and responding you, to your posts. This is my "boxing bag" where I write to express my anger and also happy feelings, whether it's my own personal confession, story I heard, or just a gallery of hunky guys and men I like.

Hey guyz,

how are you all? I hope you use these last days of 2007 to think about you New year's resolution. My is to remain happy as I usually am, to spend more time with family and friends, and to just enjoy the life. Of course, doing more sport and eating healthy would be an effort, but I wrote resolution, singular, not plural ;)

I still haven't figured out where to go for celebration of New Years Eve. And when I think about it, I don't even care. Yes it is a celebration, it means a night of fun, music, drinking, dancing, etc, but as for me I might even go to sleep and wake up like every other day. Yeah I think like this now, but as soon as someone calls me in the morning of December 31st, I'll be ready to go and asking every 5 minutes "are we there yet" ;) I was more excited about it before than I'm now. Am I getting older? As being older meaning more serious? I don't want to be serious ... I wanna be forever young. I'm Peter Pan ... I'm also a lunatic ;)

Sarajevo is very cold, we have a snow for several days now, very cold, so nothing like warm room with smell of coffee and enjoyable chatting. Or just keep having hot sex and keep warm yourself .. and fit ;)

We have a lot of holidays in front of us - Bajram, Christmas, New Year, Birthdays, ... meaning a lot of food and drink ... which means kilos and pounds all over me. Maybe my New year resolution should be a GYM??? ... Nooooh, I'll stay with being happy with my self ;)

Bosnia and Herzegovina has a new gossip story. And it involves gays, too.

Bernarda Tolic, self-called top manager of the region, has been mostly known as the manager of Fuad Backovic Deen, famous BH singer. She has been involved in his professional and personal life. It made me sick when they, through variety of media, declared love for each other, she is great, he is the best, blah blah blah ...

Anyway, instead of happily ever after, the split, she got married, gave a birth, and decided to write a book about her experience with famous people she met. She called it "Show without bizz".

She said that it was a story about famous people, with fake names, but mostly her experiences ... She didn't mind of hurting any of the singers, in any way, but the most interesting part of the book was the trash about "unknown fag hero" which wasn't hard to figure out who that was.

One of the parts of book I found on the net, and I will translate it on English, just to see how trashy and hurting this book could get:

"He was a regular fagot, and I made him a star. When we were on Eurosong Contest, he invited me to party, not telling what was it about. I though: "It won't cost you anything, maybe you'll find some 1-night-stand."
However, I was wrong - it was a gay party, the young one quickly found his "company", and I was was left alone... Afterwards, when "the glory hit his head", he got used on the "white stuff"...
He forgot me, the one who helped him to get out from "the mud" and put on the throne, he went looking for rich sponsors, who are into same sex intercourse.

I don' want to comment the situation between "the singer" and "the manager" but it is the lowest thing that any man can do - writing a book as attempt to stay in media.

At this point I hate gay people. Why? I'll start from last night:

I had a profile on gay personals that are used mostly in this regions (gayromeo, gaydar, smokva, etc) ... Anyways, when I met my BF, I didn't meet anyone from net, however I didn't delete the profile either.

As usually, I wanted to check who are the new guys, can I recognize anyone, but certainly not to see someone and gossip around (as if I know any gossip gay guy ... well I do, but I don't socialize with them) ...

Anyway, few months ago, I've been receiving messages from this guy, something like: I know who you are, etc, describing my jobs, and places I supposed been on, which I haven't. I knew that either he was wrong about the guy or he had his some kind of plan to torture psychically people on internet. Anyway, his messages kept coming, and I responded on them normally (what a fool I was) ... Anyway, last night he started with threats like you should all be killed, he has addresses which will be broadcasted somewhere, I wont be able to hide on a street, etc.

I know the guys I've met, and I'm positive that neither of them is the guy from net, however, it really gets you that theres someone on net whose mainly occupation is to torture other people on net.

So, what I did? what I supposed to do long time ago ... deleted my profile ... I don't have a profile anymore. And it is better now.

It is funny ... I know that everything he said was bullshit, and he probably mixed me with someone else, but the language he used really pissed me off.

Either he's crazy or he's a straight guy who registered himself on gay pages and torture people.

You don't have to delete your profile, but be careful with whom you talk about.

Well Europe has united its forces and once again participated in common adventures with all its countries in ... turning back the time (If I could Tuuuurn Back time - that Jack person from Will and Grace ruined for me, coz every time I hear the song, I visualize him singing, heheh) ...

Anyway, new time brought me more time for sleeping, so instead of late getting up, I was awake at 8 a.m. ... hopefully it will continue like that.

Whole Sunday day I spent with my bf. We were so lazy, I downloaded couple of movies from net, and we watched it (I now pronaunce you Chuck and Larry - hilariouse gay themed comedy - must see) ... then I made lunch, macaroni with beef meat, yum ... then some home made chocolath cake ... and of course, lot of cuddeling ... Anyways, I got a present today, new pyamas ... Long sleeves, color blue, very comfortable ... I like it ... Its not like on the pic below (which reminds me to search for this one too), but still good for these cold days that are before us ...

My country is again politically FUCKED UP. If not, then its on a good way becoming one ... Some over border leaders try to meddle again and rewrite the history ... with the same one. Pulling the nationality question over and over again ... not think that people are miserable with their life in general, doesn't my what religion, race, or sex orientation are they.

Hey guyz, how it's been?

We still have very sunny and very warm days, although Fall started less few weeks ago. But that doesn't stop me to walk through the city and scan good looking guys on the streets. Usually bad weather brings long sleeves and coats, and some of the guys (including me) gain a bit fat, but that is what makes them even hotter. A little belly. Uh, that really turns me on. Well, serbian/bosnian/montenegrian version of Big Brother program started last night with their entering into the house. And my first reaction afterwards was - the Croatians do it better.

1. People they chose for this season - so not hot, girls especially.

4. One guy, Milos, claims to be straight, but my gay radar tells different, so does my boyfriends' , as well.

I like to visit this cute little place for some coffee or drinks (depends if it is day or night). It is very modern organized, with sofas, pictures, a home touch and very near to a place where I live (it's not Cheers). Also, they said that it is "gay friendly", however I didn't want to check it how friendly it is. So usually, I'm there by day, coz I'm a big coffee and socializing addict, as you already know.

Anyway, there's this waiter: tall, dark, black hair, very, very, very cute face, killing smile, with earings, manly acting, damn, a hottie. Is it God's will (yeah right) or what, but I have a chance to be served by him almost every time I'm there. So, I came to the question - as to have better organized bussines, does the owner of the pub or a coffee house, employs deliberately hot guys for waiter (ok ok, and girls for waitresses) to get more money, or their nose goes further more?

Is it me, or has Sarajevo finally started to produce some nice quality of men? Or is it just the Summer tan that makes them even hotter than they usually are?

People in Bosnia and Herzegovina have a looooooong tradition of drinking coffee. It's not just the "potion" that we are served, it's a actions that we take around it. It is not expensive, but people will pay even more than its regular price, just to enjoy in the potion. So, coffee culture in B&H is present for a long time.
Today we have variety of coffees served in coffee shops or in supermarkets, just waiting to be brought home and "play with it". How ever, before the "new age coffee" like Nescafe and Jacobs, people enjoyed in what we call Bosnian or Turkish coffee. Actually it is just regular coffee, which is considered original for its land, so you don't have to be confused with Bosnian or Turkish suffixes. It was brought to the Balkans with Ottoman Empire, and for several centuries it preserved its name as Turkish one, but having seen that in other countries same coffee is named after their land, we transformed it into Bosnian, as well.

To have a good coffee, first you need to grinder it, that is way we used coffee grinder, and that item was a MUST in every household. Today it is made with electric ones. But grinders are preserved as a memory of a simple times.

My coffee plan for a day: I have several MUST rituals while drinking coffee:

- Morning coffee - for good morning and the rest of the day, I need my potion. I could never understand how people can light a cigarette first thing in the morning, but it has something to do with an urge you have. Mine is to go to bathroom, and then a coffee. That smell influences on me just like in those commercials.
- First work coffee - it doesn't matter if the time difference between this and first coffee is just 20 minutes, while I was studding regularly, first thing at college was not to head to the class, but coffee machine, to ease my studies.
- Break coffee - now at work its a MUST, usually followed with interesting gossip and plans for rest of the day.
- After Coffee - or coffee after I get home, to relax from the hard working day (or hardly work day ;)
- Night coffee - I know that coffee has coffeein which keeps you awake, but since I usually spent nights in front of computer, or TV, I need to stay focused.

OK, so this sound way tooo much, sometimes I skip one or two, but first one is never skipped.

While am I telling this? Coz right now, I'm sipping my coffee and while enjoying in its taste, I had an urge to write you, before I get the bottom of the cup. I think it's a coffeein, but who cares. I just made a new post. Actually almost every post is made with a coffee beside. So thank a coffee you have a nice written sh*t to read ;)

I Came Out - part 2

Well, guyz, I'm still in this blissful felling after last night coming out to a friend, who is very religious, and for whom I doubted that he'd understand ever how I feel. He showed me that no matter which religion you are, or sexual preference, it should not be an obstacle to be friend with someone.

As I said, we always had our jokes, but I never thought that through those jokes, he was actually testing me. He told me last night where did I "failed" as a straight person - it was not in my behavior, nor my talk, or looks, it was the time when I try to hide it from him, then I gave signals to him, apparently.

It is funny ... my whole life, or this part of life when I started to be bisexual/gay (no, I didn't know my whole life that I was a homo) I was afraid of someone could find out. I still am. It is one thing to come out to you friends, whole another thing to come out to your family.
Funny thing is that I'm not afraid of the reaction I could get (the rejection), but the fact that their hearts would be broken, that I'd disappoint them. I know that they love me, but is their love too strong in this case?

Conservative land, conservative way of living, with traditional influence - that is where I live. And for all what is new here, we blame The West. As if gayness didn't existed before here. It did, but The West and new Age brought us to talk about it openly. However, it is safe that you talk against it, than being pro.

I still can't believe what just happened: I HAD MY FIRST COMING OUT. To a straight person.

A friend of mine (male friend) and I started to chat over net (we do that every evening). Anyway, things started to heat up. We usually make jokes about gay stuff. This time, it went a little bit further, and my friend (who probably noticed through our conversations before some gay stuff), asked me to talk seriously.

After an hour of talk, he finally got it out from me, that I was gay!!!

Oh my God, he is the nicest, most supportive person I ever met. He is a great believer in God, very religious, but he accepted me as a friend, he told me that he has met me as a person that I was, and not by sexual preference. I'm still in shock, and I can't remember other details of conversation, but it was a great surprise. And kinda a relief.

13th Sarajevo Film Festival was opened last night. This festival, which become one of the greatest regional festivals, recognized by many celebrities, for 13th time will show over 100 movies to Sarajevo's auditory. Next ten days, Sarajevo will be full of bold and beautiful people, celebrities, people from other cities of B&H, Croatia, Serbia and other countries.

Every night there will be an after party with great DJ music. No doubt, Sarajevo enjoys its glory. Whole different picture is sent from this part of Balkans, a positive one.

Hey, just got back from a vacation holiday. I've been at Croatian shore, visited some islands, and enjoyed it very much. I went there with my boyfriend (of course, for others with my good friend) and had a great, great time ever.

Mostly we were so lazy, we slept until noon, went to the beach and stayed until 8-9, afterwards to room and then night life. Man, I loved it.

We met a lot of boys and girls and had a blast of time. Dancing, midnight swimming, drinks, volleyball, "picigin" (game with a small ball, in the tray of water, and posiblly cute guys as many you can find ;))

We also met another gay couple, and mostly spent our free time with them. They are in "the closet", too, so it was great to chat, walk, be with them, without anyway suspecting anything, then again having someone else to look for hotties with ;)
Since we were nice, we didn't have any group sex :( but we did had great time together, and that what counts.

Now, back at home, back to work, back to studding ... summer holiday is officially over ... but Summer isn't ... Sarajevo Film Festival in just few days, can't wait for all the hustle and people in Sarajevo. Who knows, maybe some cute actor comes to Sarajevo ... and to my bed ;)

According to the latest rumors, GAY Pride will be held in Sarajevo, on June 28th, 2008!!! If Zagreb and Belgrade could, if Spain, Brazil and Germany can, so can we (heeelloooo, earth to gay population, this is Balkan, you know...)

That is a shocker, even for me. The "Q" organization will be organizing the pride, with or without of any support of all political parties from Bosnia and Herzegovina. The place is still not decided, but it will involve major center places in Sarajevo. But still there are negotiations with the police.

Q organized variety of parties with GLBT population in Sarajevo, with police protection, however this will be the first event of this kind where disagreement of majority of population will be present. The protection and safety will be on its high level, and the "contra people" are expected to be from the members of different islamic sociaties, and also the fans of local Sarajevo's football team, Sarajevo and Zeljeznicar.

Well, you know my opinion about this ... BIG NO!!!

Past few days I had the apartment for myself. My family went on holiday at sea coast, and I stayed due to the studding and ... protecting an apartment from thieves ;)...

Anyway, I used it to invite my boyfriend over. We spent several days together, and it was great. We cooked, read books (yeah we did), cuddled, watched every chick TV series (One Tree Hill, The O.C. and other crap), had a lot of sex, took a shower every half an hour. We made a small little community which made me wonder: If he was a girl, would I be already engaged?

We know eachother for 2 years, we've been in relationship for 2 years, we never had big fights, we enjoy in eachother company, and I can't imagine my life without him... If he was a girl, I think I would plan to propose her (him) at this time. It's funny how you find someone who you love, and for whom you would jump around others telling how wonderful person I have beside me. Instead of that, I have to create perfect lies about why am I spending so much time with that guy, with no girlfriend around.

Damn ... I know that if I could chose what to be, I would chose to be straight, with no thinking about it. But I can't, I'm stuck in this life, and I'm trying to get the best from it.

I, also, try not to think about the future, but I read somewhere about gay people who turn old, watch how their friends get married, have children, and you still lie about your "chess friend".

Few days back, I was reading this Croatian news gossip magazine Story, and there was this interview with Petar Vlahov, TV moderator, famous mostly by his sex scandal and nude photos made on his cell phone. Anyway, he was talking that he used to leave his cell phone on table (when going out in the bar) and lft it there for everyone to see it, watch it, check it... After 3 days he broke up with me (I was a student, with small salary, and he was looking for "more"). Several days later, I was sitting with my good friend (who's gay) and I was telling him about that guy etc, and he told me that that "kid" is nothing but "little tramp" who like money, who promises love and everything, but if you don't pay him and give enough money, he'll leave you... plus, whole Sarajevo knows him, he is well known in gay-circles...

Was I releaved when I remembered the situation with photo taking. And, later on, when I remembered some talks with my friends, I remember someone mentioned his name a lot as being not so pleasant company to be in. They just mentioned his name, and I figured all out.

Why am I telling this story? Because of the cell phone camera... He had like thousand pics of men he met and showed to everyone (including to me). Whatever you do (and you have some sms, pics on your mob that are compromiing), do not leave your cell. Or delete it. It is also possible that someone calls himself from your mob, and later on you start receiving strange sms like: I got your number, can we met, etc...

SO, summer is here, and it's time of gay festivals and pride parades across the world. And as we watched Prides from Brazil, Germany, and other countries where minimum number of people didn't went under 200.000, here in B&H, we have silent Pride Event.

Several places on this walk area that I usually walk by were sprayed with "Pride colors" with a message: "Happy Gay Pride 2007". This was organized by Queer organization for B&H.

Personally, I'm not a FAN for those kind of prides, nor festivals connected with GLBT population. Of course, this doesn't have anything to do with the fact that I'm against gays (hello, I'm gay, too).

The thing is that we have enough divided "parties" and population (Croats, Serbs, Bosnians, poor, rich, blah blah...). So why is it needed to have a Gay Pride? Why don't they make an Music festival for all kinds of people? Loud music, food and drinks, streets filled with people, instead of cars, no Gay Rights but people rights, and etc?

That is my opinion. As for the Gay rights, I don't think that Gay Pride Parade will do them any good. Gay Time in Bosnia and Herzegovina is not ticking, yet.

I was doing some thinking today, and the more I think, the more I'm convinced that my theory is right.

I've had opportunity to meet several gay guys through different mediums (Internet, parties, etc...). The people (gay guys) that I socialize with nowadays, and for whom I care so much, are the ones whom I didn't meet over Internet.

People whom I met over Internet, I try to avoid.

My beginnings with gay life was actually over net. Meeting guys for chat, emailing, and through emails and conversation you try to find out what that person really like. At the beginning I met several of them over net. At that time, I didn't know much about it, so I accepted everyone as they acted, but when that number increased to 5-6 guys, I found that everything you write in emails, or during chat, doesn't have to be truth in live. Now when I remember things, I noticed who much lies I have heard, or that "childish stories" - I have a bf, but I like you very much, I'll broke up with him... hahahah

As for the gay guys that I really like (including my bf), all of them were not met over net. One guy over phone, by sending an sms to a wrong number (actually I had right number, but since I don't like messages like: "Hi, I got you number, I'm 190, 80, good looking, blah blah, ..." I tried different thing, by sending him a sms that was supposed to be sent to someone else. Anyways, we started talking, one thing led to another, and after all this time, we are great friends.

I met one guy on the seminar, and there he was all cute and straight, and after several years I found out that he was gay (I saw him in "gay suspicious" company, so I asked him directly). Today, we are good friends.

My bf and I met over Internet, but it wasn't a typically "lets meet and have sex"... I posted my problem on this gay site, about how come I always have gay visited sites on my computer (apparently, deleting history, wasn't enough ;)

Anyway, he wrote several facts and advices what to do and placed him on this forum. And after that, we haven't heard for one year. One morning, I received an email from this guy, asking me what am I doing, that we spoked an year ago (I still have that email), just regular email, that you send to a friend. I answered, and we started writing. Anyway, in 2 days we met and started dating (by the way, in June, we had 2 years anniversary).

So, what is my point, all people I've met over net, are just the people I say hello on the streets, and that's it. Sometimes, not even that. People I met without any Internet connections, are my closest and personal friends.

It doesn't have to be like that, I can be very much in wrong. However, it worked for me like this.

Hello people,

sorry for not writing regularly, but I've been busy. Beginning of Summer literally means more studies, more work and more home obligations. So, if I don't write for several days, that doesn't mean I'd quite.

I keep receiving emails and messages from you people, about how you read my blog, and how you find yourself in my posts, and of course, that you are enjoying the selection of my galleries. I'm pleased, that my 6-month-work is going on right direction: to present myself, my life, Sarajevo, Bosnia, gay life, gay issues, everything that has "gay" in it, no matter from where it comes.

These last several days B&H is under some kind of heat wave (nothing serious as in Romania, Greece or Turkey), but still makes you to take all of your clothes and just walk naked. Its a shame that people here didn't think to put more refreshing objects in the town, such as fountains, or just tap-water-coolers. There are some, but 3 of them in the center is not enough. River is polluted so you can't find refreshness there.

Anyways, have I seen cutest guys and girls on the streets, or what. I think this heatness produces people to sweet a lot, which produces lost of weight, which makes them to dress less and sexy. Yum Yum Yum.

Anyways, gotta go now, but I'll try to stay regular with my post as much as I can.

Hello my friends, work, studies, life in general, kept me a bit busy and from not writing, but I didn't give up yet on the blog. No Ser ;) Nothing much new at my life, classes are almost over, exams are starting, job is great, I enjoy it very much, love is even greater.

What is not great is - weather!!! Its RAINING ALL ... DAY ... LONG. I check the forecast every morning, and it rainy-fucking-day. When I check Europe forecast, the Balkans are the ones covered with clouds, and the rest is sunny, sunny, sunny ...

I can't do anything, can't dress lightly (less clothes), can't sit in coffee gardens, can't wash anything coz it takes 10 days to dry ... grrr ... If anything, the earth will soak the water and the trees and flowers will blossom and it will be good for the eyes.

And they predict this Summer to be hotter. And I love when it's hot. Coz some guyz like it hot ;) Anyway, nothing clever to write, so here's me with my stupid posts. But gallery is the next ;)

Last night my bf and I made dinner and watched some TV - National Geographic, something about pyramids, what was their purpose, etc... It was a great show, and since I enjoy in these National Geographic / Discovery channels, every theme that they present is great and amazing. Anyway, back to pyramids, or to the Egyptians.
In that old time, several thousands years ago, how did they shave? You have those pictures inside pyramids with their faces clean, with no beard, or with remarkable beard figures on face. I was wondering , did they wax it and had some kind of metal, were they introduced with shaving, did they used knife, burn it or what? Maybe its discovered, and I'm yet to found out. I know that they cut hair etc, but perfect shaving? Anyway, this mind of mine gave me an idea to shave some of my private parts. And since I always did it alone, I asked my bf to do it for me! Well, the weather people said that May could be variable. And that happened today: the sun, rain, sun, rain, and now the sun, well its night, so its ... moon? Anyways, thats not the topic for this post. My post is about my mother mendeling into my boyfriends private life. She likes my boyfriend (not knowing that he's my boyfriend, of course). As for her: he is a great person, good looking, hunky, very calm, very smart, dreamy guy, for every mother a wish to be her son-in-law (no wonder he's gay ;)) So, she has this friend, who has a daughter (who is gorgeous also), and who is single. And my mother wants her and my bf to get together (as she said "by accident") and to watch how they fall in love (she excluded me as a potentional one, coz I'm younger).

So this has being going for several days. Today she saw this girl, and she was like: "I'll talk to my son, and I get him to make his friend to accept to introduce". So, she came home, and started to talking about "new possible love" and me being protective over my friend (wouldn't you be), and how she has a nose for two of them. At that time, my bf calls me, so I used oportunity to start my "straight talk with him" (a talk that my bf and I have when somebody else is in the room, and we can't talk like love birds ;)) Anyways, I was telling him about new girl, as a possible love story. And my mother was adding like: "Tell him she's nice", "Tell him she cooks really nice", "Tell him she's ..." So, I was blabeling, and then my bf said: "And what about my current girlfriend" - I acted like surprised: "A girlfriend??? You never told me that you made up again with ... lets call her Lisa ... woow, when, how ..." It was really sad watching my mother disapointed. She was like: "she must be ugly, and fat, and ..." hahahah, It was hilarious. Although I enjoy in these funny monets, sometimes it gets me bored with all the lies, and all the cover-up-stories. But, I know that it would be harder to come out and watch my family crying and blaiming themself on what did they do wrong.

Today I had an interesting evening.

My "straight" friends met my boyfriend (of course, they don't know him as my boyfriend, but as a guy who I met at work, and started to hang out, etc. They run on to him occasionally, so this was first time that they actually speak). Anyway, my parents were somewhere out, so I decided to make a dinner, to invite my close friends and my bf.

It was a great night, we chated, laughed mostly, enjoyed really in the evening. They loved my bf, I know when they pretend to like someone, but he really left great, positive impact on them. The night was great. I showed my culinary specialty, and luckily for me, no one got poisoned ;)

And now, I'm thinking, would it be the same if the knew that he was my boyfriend, that we are gays who are so much in love? My behavior and his didn't give any clue to my friends that we are in love for almost 2 years. We had some eye-to-eye contact, which was fun, and kinda horny. Anyway, everything went well, so much fun, it was nice to be with closest friends, the persons you really love and treasure. I really enjoy in those moments.

Does it pays to come out and lose that fellings? People say that after coming out, you see who is your real friend, but I know I can depend on them right now no mater if I need glass of water or blood. So, ladies and gentleman, we have a winner of Eurovision Song Contest 2007 - Serbia and Marija Serifovic with song Molitva. They deserved it. The ballad is very strong, very powerful, and after 7th or 8th country voted, Serbia was on first two places, exchanging places with Ukraine, but lasts voting confirmed what was obvious - Marija is a winner, and the Eurosong 2008 will be held in Belgrade.

Congratulations Serbia, Marija and the all successful team.

As for Bosnia and Herzegovina, before the last country's votes (Hungary) we were in Top 10, but last votes pushed us down on 11th place, and at Belgrade, we will have to start over again our fight in semi-finale. But I have to congratulate our Marija for terrific performance and great voice.

You have gay/bisexual guys who are "in da closet" and pretending to be straight (one of them - ME)!

There are straight guys, who get drunk and become "open minded" with gay/bisexual guys (that is my prey >))

Anyway, whats my point? If you are gay, but in the closet, and you don't want anyone to find out, there are certain rules you need to follow. The best thing is to come out, than the rest of this text (and further texts) is not for you.

I, as a guy who is still in the closet (and hanging there for several years) have come to some conclusions about how should I behave, what to say, and act so that I wont get any question asked about my sexuality. It seemed sad, but I've chose this path, and I'm going straight on it ...

... except if you are Patric Swayze and you know all the moves from Dirty Dancing ;)

You are in the disco, or some private party. Sudenlly, you hear your favorite song (fast beat, great words, makes you wanna dance). You are moving to the center, pushing people to make a space, and then you start your dance. Everybody is watching, commenting, usually "sooo gay" (and usually males are the one that commenting). Woman is claping their hands, wanting to dance with you, but no ma'am, you have to have the best moves. You shake your ass better than Shakira, going up and down better than Christina ...

I met several people who danced like this and claimed that they are straight. Now, I'm not against dancing, I like to dance as well, my kind of music is house/rave, so its beat makes you wanna dance. But it is usually for my satisfaction, not for others to see it. You don't have to be a "go-go" dancer (without being paid ;))

Now, as a conclusion of first lesson, you can dance, but try to stay on one place, don't be an object of watching, don't push people with your best girlfriend trying to get to the podium, shaking your ass, and afterward trying to score "with a ladies" ... unless you are in gay club or something. Than you can forget all this read ;))))
